I have been playing around with layouts of explosion boxes and centrepiece ideas recently. This explosion box has a special centrepiece that incorporates my love of stamping.

The focal point of this box…apart from all the lovely layers…is the scene revealed in the centre of the box. I took the inspiration from the patterned papers called “Fairytale Floral” and used several sets from Uniquely Creative. The images are all coloured with alcohol markers and colour matched to the papers and embellishments used to give a cohesive look.
